Calculating the savings you'll make.

Usually, the first thing most new clients want to establish is the level of savings they can achieve through working with us.

That’s why, as soon as you contact us, one of our Consultants will arrange to meet informally to analyse a representative selection - usually one month’s purchases - of your current invoices from an agreed list of commodity products and suppliers.

We compare your costs against our supply agreements and report back on the savings you could make.

We always compare like for like, so your product quality is not affected,. In addition in most cases because of the large number of suppliers we work with your supplier, depot, and even delivery schedule need not change, not unless you want them to!

And remember, you're under no obligation to accept our recommendations - though in most instances the benefits will be compelling!

Taking care

Initially it may take a few days for us to profile your purchasing correctly but we pride ourselves in taking care to get it right and present you with realistic savings. But we promise the wait will be worth it. Often we find that we can prove our value on the spot without any detailed comparison taking place.

Once you start to trade through Acquire, our customer relations team will track your buying profile and make on-going recommendations for improvement to your purchasing spend.
